Management
Lisa D'Alencon is a senior financial executive with more than 20 years experience in high technology and other industries at all phases of their growth.
Ms. D'Alencon has served as an interim, part-time and full time Controller & CFO for a variety of companies and has experience that includes strategic business planning, cash planning and budgeting, financing, financial analysis, IPO, mergers and acquisitions. Ms. D'Alencon has specialized in helping young growth-stage companies establish sound financial systems and disciplines that accommodate steady expansion from startup through IPO and beyond.
D'Alencon was also the senior financial executive of cc:Mail, a successful start-up software company which was acquired by Lotus Development Corporation in 1991. D'Alencon has extensive public accounting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.
D'Alencon is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
Becky Burad has provided Financial Consulting services since 1991, including assignments as interim CFO, offering financial analysis, business planning, incubation of finance operations for start-up companies, due diligence, budgeting, and accounting operations consulting.
Ms. Burad’s industry experience includes real estate investment companies, developers, and owners; small start-up business entities in software and hardware development; web-based businesses; telecommunications, medical technology, medical services, manufacturing, venture investments, consulting, and numerous non-profit organizations.
Prior to forming Bridgeway, LLC (and The Burad Company), Ms. Burad served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of MacKenzie Securities, Ltd., a real estate investment company, and Chief Financial Officer for The Klingbeil Company, a residential real estate development and management company.
Ms. Burad’s public accounting experience included five years on the audit staff of Grant Thornton in their Kansas City and San Francisco offices. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs. Ms. Burad received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Business degree from Pacific Lutheran University.
